US-based big data solution provider Intuceo develops an elastic processing power in the cloud that aids with the design process for RSM (Response Surface Model) development, which, in turn, optimizes the design process and identifies uncharted design space.
Exabyte.io – Computational Materials Modeling
Whenever the material science industry comes up with advanced solutions, other industries immediately pick up these solutions to create new value chains. Big data analytics help R&D units of both product and material science developers to identify new materials & composites based on Training & Inference cycles of computational materials models. US startup Exabyte.io demonstrates material science simulation and modeling platform which reduces the duration of new materials prototyping by 5 times and their discovery time by 10 times.
Cvedia – Autonomous Vehicle Simulation
Next to the autonomous vehicle stack, the hottest innovation and strategic topic in the industry is autonomous vehicle (AV) simulation & testing. Real-life road testing and evaluation of AVs takes a millennium to complete with standard 8.8 billion miles. Singapore-based Cvedia uses game-based technology that generates all key sensor data models for AVs and the rest of the virtual driving scenarios which can be set up in HIL (hardware in the loop) & SIL (software in the loop).
