Revoolt – Tracking For Customers

The aim of tracking is to make customers aware of the estimated time of arrival of their order. This process includes notifications when the package is on the way, real-time tracking on a map, and rating the experience after the delivery. Spanish startup Revoolt focuses on creating a simple and intuitive application interface that is both visually appealing and operationally efficient for customers. Depending on the status of the order, the system sends notifications to the customers to help them plan collection timing.

Terminal49 – Tracking For Companies

The key focus of tracking for companies lies in evaluating the quality of last-mile delivery and receive reports for efficiency analysis of logistics. This includes tracking orders from the moment they are loaded onto the trucks using real-time tracking of the entire shipment journey up to delivery feedback. US-based startup Terminal49 sends a notification to the company’s associates when deliveries are delayed. While customers receive simple alerts about possible delays, companies receive detailed information about the cause of the issue, the current status of the issue, and access to the exact arrival timing of the shipment.

Urbantz – Tracking & Connection Platform

Direct communications along with simultaneous tracking greatly benefit customers, drivers, and last-mile delivery company representatives to address potential logistics issues. This feature includes seeing the face of the delivery driver, enabling instant messaging, and sending notifications regarding changes in the delivery time. Belgian startup Urbantz creates transparency in the delivery processes by implementing a management platform with a full-cycle tracking board and customer-driver online communication. Their solution enables customers to detect any deviations from the planned delivery timing and directly communicate with the driver about the actual problem.

fixlastmile – Delivery Route Optimization

Many delivery software solutions provide smart alerts to drivers regarding traffic situations and accidents en route. This leads to changes in delivery timing and improves customer satisfaction. Indian startup fixlastmile provides last-mile delivery software. It allows food and retail companies to optimize delivery routes based on traffic, time, and capacity, among others.

Deliforce – Streamlining Tasks

Streamlining tasks is another solution to allow real-time tracking in last-mile delivery. When observing changes or obstructions in logistics, companies can assign tasks to change the route or add more trucks for efficient delivery. Indian startup Deliforce creates an online task tracking platform for efficient and safe deliveries. Drivers can manage their work by simply completing and taking new orders. To receive proof of order, customers leave digital signatures, so that drivers can continue with the next task.
