Which startups develop the other 101 solutions?

Machinemetrics – Preventive Maintenance

Preventive maintenance in warehousing includes managing equipment conditions with the help of sensors and AI-driven predictive alerts based on statistical data. The asset potential is analyzed by its working time and history of usage, repair, and breakdown cases, and even provided solutions in repairing or improving to prevent costly fixing. The US-based startup Machinemetrics offers equipment with real-time health monitoring. This device sends alerts when the system notices any changes with the tool to prevent its breakdown.

SenseGiz – Asset Condition Monitoring

Asset condition monitoring focuses on the current status of equipment without analyzing the predictive patterns that then become possible using predictive maintenance analytics. This application deep-dives into the decreasing storage losses, real-time tracking systems for machine and people, and perimeter monitoring by using the Internet of Things (IoT) sensors, devices, and solutions. The US-based startup SenseGiz develops an Internet of Things (IoT) solution called Coin that is used to track the asset condition in real-time, monitor the temperature of the asset, track and detail its movement, as well as capturing vibration characteristics.

Sonodot – Asset Movement Visibility

Understanding where, when, and how an item or equipment is placed in the warehouse allows employees to avoid obsolete stocks with the help of smart inventory notifications. Movement visibility in the warehouse includes keeping track of changing locations of the assets, leading to the optimization of asset movement. British startup Sonodot produces high-performance sensors that track the assets in real-time and provide insights about its current condition and location. This also allows asset managers to reduce operational waste by constantly being aware of where and how their equipment is being used.

Indtact – Product Condition Monitoring

Product condition monitoring guarantees optimal product quality in warehouse operations. This type of monitoring includes non-destructive testing of materials, identifying defects with the help of various sensors, complicated health monitoring features, and monitoring lightweight structures with installed sensors. German startup Indtact develops product conditions monitoring for the warehouse. Products such as acoustic emission sensors and sensitive acceleration sensors provide bandwidth applications and seismology measurements for better product maintenance.

Intelligent Lumen – Environmental Monitoring

Environmental monitoring in warehousing focuses on ensuring that the specific requirements in temperature, humidity, and other conditions within a warehouse are fulfilled and maintained. Today, This is a highly relevant requirement to ensure that the quality of the stored products and raw materials. Spanish startup Intelligent Lumen focuses on wireless lighting control. They develop applications for environmental monitoring cases such as humidity control, carbon monoxide measurement, temperature control, and providing energy statistics for warehouses.
