ScottMcGinley – Omnichannel e-Fulfillment

Nowadays, e-commerce companies utilize numerous communication and sales channels, like mobile apps, websites, social media, and messenger channels, which makes it difficult to process orders. Omnichannel e-fulfillment improves the customer experience as the company can process orders through any of the various fulfillment channels. The US startup ScottMcGinley offers end-to-end services for last-mile delivery and provides customers access to e-commerce markets in their warehouses.

Zenfulfillment – Smart Integration

As e-commerce companies sell across different channels, they usually face complicated analytics and multi-channel attribution models. The aim of smart integration is connecting the e-commerce platform with the clients’ stores allowing flawless synchronization of information. This not only improves clients’ experience but allows merchants to promote their goods on other popular selling platforms. German startup Zenfulfillment allows for integrating multiple platforms for the client’s convenience: Amazon, Shopify, Lightspeed, and others. It allows customers to manage their inventory better and understand the real Return on Investment (RoI).

Allsome – Cross-Border Fulfillment

Eliminating the issue of cross-border delivery problems, overseas packaging, and other international logistics issues, e-fulfillment service processes the order equally for domestic and international shipping. Chinese startup Allsome focuses on cross-border fulfillment allowing merchants to forget about the problems faced during international deliveries. The company also allows real-time tracking of the package using a mobile number.

QeOPS – Delivery Management

When e-commerce companies rapidly scale up their sales operations, they face the problem of inaccurate order management as it requires fault-tolerant software and deep integration with sales processes. Order delivery management is the step of order processing which benefits the most from e-fulfillment in last-mile delivery. This application area includes receiving SMS notifications about the order status, customized packing with required marketing samples or inserts, and sending goods’ receipts. Romanian startup QeOPS offers customized packaging to help customers identify the company’s branding. Individual packaging includes using adhesive labels, adhesive tape, branding or other marketing content.

Mochila Fulfillment – e-Returns

Returning goods is usually a painful experience for the end-users because of extra efforts devoted to the documentation. Returning goods with the help of e-fulfillment includes managing and tracking returns, preparing inventory reports, complete product identification and inspection. Some other, more specific, applications refer to renovation services, repair services, and details replacement, repackaging and re-kitting, full disposal, and, if necessary, liquidation of the defective items. US-based startup Mochila Fulfillment offers custom packaging solutions and returns processing for e-commerce orders in addition to fulfillment through wholesale and distribution channels.
