JHC makes Conductive Adhesives

Founding Year: 2016
Location: Cheongju, South Korea
Innovate with JHC for Eco-friendly Adhesives

South Korean startup JHC offers adhesives for the electrical and electronics industries. Its conductive adhesive films connect electronic components to flexible printed circuit boards (FPCB). The startup utilizes resin synthesis to create moisture- and heat-resistant film. This film functions as a shield and reduces heat dissipation in the circuit board, thereby providing an alternative to the conventional soldering process.

RALLK offers Thermal Coat Adhesives

Founding Year: 2018
Location: Milan, Italy
Use this solution for Cement Hardening Adhesives

Italian startup RALLK produces thermal coat adhesives for the cement industry. It provides a white glue for thermal plate coating, K OttO, and a natural hydraulic lime-based glue, K OttO nhl, for sheet coatings. Further, it offers fast-setting cement-based adhesives with high resistance to water. Compared to conventional cement hardening adhesives, the startup’s products have a much lesser carbon footprint.

Layerneer provides 3D Printing Adhesives

Founding Year: 2017
Location: San Francisco, US
Collaborate for Thermal Dynamic Adhesive Coatings

Layerneer is a US-based startup that develops a thermal dynamic adhesive coating, BED WELD, for filament-based 3D printing. This adhesive is directly applied to glass-based printer beds and it fixes the first layer of the printing object to the printer bed and prevents warping. This way, it ensures that the 3D prints stay in place, without curling or shifting. The adhesive also eases the removal of parts after the print is complete, reducing the damage while removing the printed part from the build plate.

Epat manufactures Adhesive Tapes

Founding Year: 2016
Location: Jawczyce, Poland
Reach out for Industrial Adhesive Materials

Polish startup Epat provides industrial self-adhesive materials. It uses acrylic, rubber, and silicone glue to make foil and foam adhesive tapes. These tapes have a high shear resistance, which reduces the failure stress in the adhesive. The startup’s gel tapes replace mechanical connections like rivets or nails. Epat also makes cellular polycarbonate adhesives, among several others, using polypropylene fiber, which prevents dirt and algae formation. These adhesive solutions also increase structural strength and function as a moisture barrier.

Inpropak develops Aqueous Dispersion Adhesives

Founding Year: 2016
Location: Schondra, Germany
Partner with Inpropak for PVA-based Adhesives

Inpropak is a German startup that offers aqueous dispersion adhesives based on PVA and polyvinyl acetate (PVAc). PVA-based adhesives offer good strength while PVAc enables fast-setting and quick drying. These properties make them suitable for use in the wood, paper, and construction industries. The startup also provides a combination of both adhesive types to optimally tailor the material to the customers’ needs, increasing applicability in manufacturing processes. Additionally, aqueous dispersion adhesives lack volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that cause nose irritation and skin problems as well as are eco-friendly alternatives to solvent-based adhesives.
